Maximum grant award per employer

The grant covers up to $6,000 per trainee in Related Instruction (tuition, fees, books/materials) for up to 25 trainees, plus up to $15,000 in Trainee Support (10% of grant amount) tied to completion. Scale up or down based on your workforce — you choose how many employees to enroll.

Maximum calculation:
25 trainees × $6,000 = $150,000 + $15,000 support = $165,000

Apply

  • Align an eligible training provider and define the related-instruction plan
  • Submit ready-to-file materials and support follow-up questions or revisions
  • Draft workplan, outcomes/KPIs, and a reimbursement-ready documentation checklist

⏱ Weeks 1–4: Discovery → draft → finalize → submit. Then state review and award notification.

Phase 2

Administer

$1,500 / month (3–6 mo)

  • Kickoff: confirm trainee roster, training schedule, and responsibilities
  • Collect invoices and proof of payment, verify completion docs, QA reimbursement packets
  • Set up admin tools: attendance logs, completion records, OJT sign-offs, invoice trackers
  • Closeout: reconcile reimbursements, compile final documentation, deliver audit-ready grant file
  • Monthly status calls, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and deadline management

🏆 Award milestone: 10% of total award amount — paid only after you receive award notice. Zero risk if not funded.
