Christopher is a Principal in the Naples, Fla., office of HBK CPAs & Consultants and has been with the firm since 1998. In 2015, Chris led an initiative to establish HBK’s Cannabis Industry Group to provide targeted expertise to cannabis and hemp businesses, including dispensaries, cultivators, manufacturers, labs and ancillary services. Warren Harasz

Warren is an experienced cannabis cultivator with over 15 years of experience in everything from Organic Greenhouse and Light-Dep production, to indoor clean-room hydroponic facilities at a commercial scale. He worked for almost 2 years with Big Island Grown in Hawaii, writing their facility SOPs which were used to pass DoH inspection prior to beginning operations. Warren is a gifted technical writer who can capably wade through state legal code, federal regulations like OSHA and GMP, in order to produce compliant, useful documents for business management and operations.
Warren is a cannabis business and compliance consultant helping entrepreneurs realize their visions within the legal cannabis industry to make lasting impacts upon the culture at large.
